Bend ECTB60 is an accessory for the ECT60 cable tray system and is used to create a horizontal change in direction within cable routes. The 45° bend allows a smooth transition, ensuring that cables are routed without sharp bends and mechanical stress on the cabling is reduced. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a high coating thickness of minimum 60 µm, suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is carried out after fabrication and provides full protection of the surface, including cut edges and fixing holes. This makes the accessory suitable for applications with increased corrosive and mechanical loads, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The bend is designed as a fixed accessory with a 45° angle and is intended for direct connection to straight ECT60 cable trays. The execution is equipped with integrated connectors, allowing fast and alignment-stable installation. The accessory is fully compatible with other ECT60 components, ensuring a uniform and stable cable route.
