Cover ECTC is an accessory for the ECT60 and ECT100 cable tray systems and is used to cover cable trays. The cover protects cables against dust, dirt, and external mechanical impact and contributes to a safe, orderly, and standards-compliant cable installation in industrial and utility environments.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm, suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and ensures durable corrosion protection of the surface, including cut edges, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The cover is placed on top of the cable tray and secured using the ECTCC cover clamp (not included). This fixing method ensures a stable and vibration-resistant attachment without additional bolted connections. The execution is fully compatible with ECT60 and ECT100 cable trays and associated system components.
