Cover ECTORC90 is an accessory for the ECT60 and ECT100 cable tray systems and is used to cover outside risers with a 90° angle, specifically designed for the outside risers ECTOR60-90 and ECTOR100-90. The cover ensures a closed and protected cable route at downward vertical direction changes and prevents the ingress of dust and debris. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm, suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and ensures durable corrosion protection of the surface, including cut edges, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The cover is specifically designed for installation on 90° outside risers within the ECT system. Fixing is carried out using the ECTCC cover clamp (not included), ensuring a stable and vibration-resistant attachment. The execution is fully compatible with the corresponding outside risers ECTOR60-90 and ECTOR100-90 and other system components.
