Bend 90° for cable tray ECT100 with sizes H = 100 mm, W = 95 mm, E (thickness) = 1.0 mm, 90°, carbon steel, hot dip galvanized according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, minimum layer thickness 60 µm, including 16x EFS08x15-GEO Eurostrut fixing set (bolt M08x15, nut and washer).
Bend ECTB100-90 is an accessory for the ECT100 cable tray system and is used to create a horizontal change of direction within cable routes. The 90° bend enables a right-angle transition, allowing cables to be routed in a controlled manner without unwanted mechanical stress. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm, suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and provides full surface protection, including cut edges and fixing holes. This makes the accessory suitable for applications with increased corrosive and mechanical loads, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The bend is designed as a fixed horizontal bend with an angle of 90° and a standard radius of 50 mm. The execution is equipped with integrated connectors, including 16x EFS08x15 fixing set (carriage bolt M08x15, nut, and washer), enabling fast and alignment-stable installation. The accessory is fully compatible with ECT100 cable trays and other system components.
