Cross piece ECTCO100 is an accessory for the ECT100 cable tray system and is used to create a horizontal crossing within cable routes. The cross piece enables four-way cable distribution within a continuous cable route and provides a uniform and mechanically stable transition between four cable tray directions. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm, suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and provides full corrosion protection of the surface, including cut edges and fixing holes. This makes the accessory suitable for applications with increased mechanical and environmental loads, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The cross piece is designed as a fixed horizontal fitting with a standard radius of 50 mm and is equipped with integrated connectors. The execution is supplied including 32x EFS08x15 fixing set (carriage bolt M08x15, nut, and washer), enabling fast and alignment-stable installation. The accessory is fully compatible with other ECT100 system components and ensures a uniform cable tray installation.
