Flexibel Bend Cable Tray ECT60 75mm HDG with sizes H=60mm, B=75mm, D=1,0mm, flexibel, carbon steel, hot dip galvanized according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, including 8x EFS08x15-GEO Eurostrut fixing set (bolt M8x15, nut and washer).
Horizontal flexible bend ECTFB60 is an accessory for the ECT60 cable tray system and is used to create variable horizontal branches within cable routes. This flexible bend allows direction changes between 0° and 90°, enabling precise adaptation to the required cable routing without fixed bend angles. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm, suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and provides full protection of the surface, including cut edges and fixing holes, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The flexible bend is designed for installation between ECT60 cable trays and allows the adjustment of a continuously variable horizontal angle. The execution is equipped with integrated connectors and is supplied including fixing material, enabling fast and stable installation. The accessory is fully compatible with other ECT60 components and contributes to a flexible and system-compliant cable tray installation.
