Inside riser ECTIR100-90 is an accessory for the ECT100 cable tray system and is used to create a vertical upward change in direction within cable routes. The 90° riser enables a right-angle upward transition, allowing height differences in the cable route to be bridged directly and in a controlled manner without excessive mechanical stress on the cabling. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm, suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and provides full protection of the surface, including cut edges and fixing holes. This makes the accessory suitable for applications with increased corrosive and mechanical loads, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The inside riser is designed as a fixed vertical fitting with a 90° angle and a standard radius of 50 mm. The execution is equipped with integrated connectors and is supplied including 16x EFS08x15 fixing set (carriage bolt M08x15, nut, and washer), enabling fast and alignment-stable installation. The accessory is fully compatible with other ECT100 system components and ensures a uniform and mechanically stable cable tray installation.
