Left-hand reducer ELHR60 is a fitting for the ECL60 cable ladder system and is used to create an asymmetrical width transition on the left-hand side of a cable route. The reducer provides a controlled transition between cable ladders of different widths while shifting one side of the cable route. To create a complete width transition, this reducer must always be combined with an additional reducer, depending on the required configuration: a right-hand reducer ERHR60 or a straight reducer ECP60.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a zinc coating thickness of 60 to 70 µm. Hot dip galvanizing is applied after fabrication and provides corrosion protection for surfaces, cut edges, and fixing holes. The reducer is also available in stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) and AISI 316L (1.4404). A RAL powder-coated version is available on request.
The reducer is manufactured from 2 mm steel and is suitable for width reductions from 50 to 300 mm. The left-hand configuration determines the asymmetrical offset of the cable route and is combined with an ERHR60 right-hand reducer or ECP60 straight reducer to create the complete width transition. The reducer is supplied including 4x ESL-SB Eurostrut fixing set (carriage bolt M10x20, nut, and washer) and is compatible with ECL60 cable ladders and associated system components.
