The EOR60 90° outside riser is a fitting for the ECL60 cable ladder system and is designed to create a 90° vertical change of direction to a lower cable route. The outside riser provides a smooth vertical transition and supports controlled cable routing through the change of direction. The fitting is suitable for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure installations and connects directly to straight ECL60 cable ladders.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a zinc coating thickness of 60 to 70 µm. Hot dip galvanizing is applied after fabrication and provides corrosion protection for surfaces, welded joints, and cut edges. The outside riser is also available in stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) and AISI 316L (1.4404) for corrosive or hygienic environments. A RAL powder-coated version is also available on request.
The outside riser features a standard angle of 90° with a radius of 300 mm and is manufactured from 3 mm steel. The fitting is equipped with integrated connectors and is supplied including 8x ESL-SB M10x20 fixing set (carriage bolt M10x20, nut, and washer). The fitting is fully compatible with ECL60 cable ladders, couplers, and other ECL60 system components.
