Straight Divider Cable Ladder ECL60 HDG

For Eurostrut Cable Ladder ECL60, H = 35 mm, E (thickness) = 1,5 mm, L = 3000 mm, Hot Dip Galvanized Carbon Steel, layer 60 to 70µm, including 3x EFS08x15-HDG Eurostrut fixing set (slotbout M8x15, nut and washer). Heavy Duty.

Divider ESD60 is an accessory for the ECL60 cable ladder system and is used to physically separate different cable groups within a single cable ladder route. The divider enables separate routing of, for example, power, control, and data cables and can be installed along straight cable ladder sections. The design is specifically intended for use within the ECL60 system.

The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a zinc coating thickness of 60 to 70 µm. Hot dip galvanizing is applied after fabrication and provides corrosion protection for surfaces, cut edges, and fixing holes. The divider is also available in stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) and AISI 316L (1.4404). A RAL powder-coated version is available on request.

The divider has a length of 3000 mm, a height of 35 mm, and a depth of 25 mm. The design is provided with 8 x 35 mm slotted holes for positioning and fixing to the rungs of the cable ladder. The divider is supplied including 3x M8x15 fixing set (carriage bolt M8x15, nut, and washer) and is compatible with straight ECL60 cable ladders and associated system components.
