Coupler Plate for Cable Tray ECT100 with sizes H = 100 mm, E (thickness) = 2,0 mm, Stainless Steel 316, with 16x EFS08-15x316 Eurostrut Fixingset (bolt M08x15, nut and washer).

Coupling plate ECTCP100 is an accessory for the ECT100 cable tray system and is used to mechanically connect two straight cable trays in the longitudinal direction. The coupling plate provides a rigid, aligned, and continuous connection, ensuring the structural integrity of the cable tray route. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.

The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with an increased zinc coating thickness of at least 80 µm. This heavy-duty corrosion protection makes the coupling plate suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and provides full surface protection, including cut edges and fixing holes, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.

The coupling plate is designed for direct installation between two ECT100 cable trays. The execution is provided with fixing holes and is supplied including fixing material, enabling fast and reliable installation. The accessory is fully compatible with all ECT100 cable trays and contributes to a safe and maintenance-friendly cable tray construction.
