Cover ECTCB45 is an accessory for the ECT60 and ECT100 cable tray systems and is used to cover horizontal 45° bends, specifically designed for bends ECTB60-45 and ECTB100-45. The cover ensures a closed and protected cable route at the change of direction and prevents the ingress of dust and debris. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm, suitable for heavy industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and ensures durable corrosion protection of the surface, including cut edges, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The cover is specifically designed for installation on horizontal 45° bends ECTB60-45 and ECTB100-45. Fixing is carried out using the ECTCC60 cover clamp (not included), ensuring a stable and vibration-resistant attachment. The execution is fully compatible with the corresponding bends and other system components within the ECT system.
