Cover Clamp Clickable for cable tray ECT100, with sizes H = 100, E (thickness) = 2,0 mm, carbon steel, pre-galvanized according to NEN-EN 10346.
Cover clamp ECTCC100 is an accessory for the ECT100 cable tray system and is used for securing covers to cable trays and associated fittings. The clamp ensures a mechanically secure and vibration-resistant fixation of the cover, resulting in a closed cable route and protecting cables against external influences. This accessory is suitable for industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations.
The standard version is manufactured from carbon steel and hot dip galvanized according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm. This surface treatment is applied after fabrication and provides durable corrosion protection, including cut edges and punched holes. This makes the cover clamp suitable for outdoor environments and applications with increased corrosive exposure, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The cover clamp is designed as a click-type fixing element and is suitable for direct installation on ECT100 cable trays and fittings. The click mechanism allows the cover to be installed and removed quickly without the use of tools. The execution is fully compatible with the ECT100 system and ensures reliable and maintenance-friendly fixation of cable tray covers.
