Flexibel Bend Vertical for cable tray ECT100 with sizes H = 100 mm, W (width) = 150 mm, E (thickness) = 1.0 mm, flexible bend vertical adjustable 0˚ - 90˚, stainless steel 304, including 16x EFS08x15-304 Eurostrut fixing set (bolt M08x15, nut and washer).
Vertical flexible bend ECTFBV100 is an accessory for the ECT100 cable tray system and is used to create a variable vertical change in direction within cable routes. The flexible design allows both upward (inside riser) and downward (outside riser) transitions to be realized without fixed angles. This accessory is suitable for heavy industrial, utility, and infrastructure installations where flexibility in routing is required.
The standard version is manufactured from hot dip galvanized carbon steel according to NEN-EN-ISO 1461, with a minimum zinc coating thickness of 60 µm, suitable for industrial and outdoor environments. The hot dip galvanizing process is applied after fabrication and provides full protection of the surface, including cut edges and fixing holes. This makes the flexible bend suitable for applications with increased corrosive and mechanical loads, in accordance with IEC 61537 and installations compliant with NEN 1010.
The flexible bend is designed as an adjustable vertical fitting for direct connection to ECT100 cable trays. Due to its segmented construction, the required angle can be set continuously. The execution is equipped with integrated connectors and is supplied including 16x EFS08x15 fixing set (carriage bolt M08x15, nut, and washer), enabling fast and alignment-stable installation. The accessory is fully compatible with other ECT100 system components and ensures a uniform and mechanically stable cable tray installation.
